The buyer pays in
The coins leave their balance and sit with us. The seller can see the money is there and still cannot touch it.

The seller does the work
Talk it through in the deal thread. Coordinates, screenshots, anything agreed — it is all kept, and neither side can edit it later.

It completes on its own
Once the seller marks it delivered, a 72-hour clock pays them out. Nobody has to remember to click anything.

Or it does not
Say something is wrong and the coins stop dead. If the seller was in the wrong, every coin goes back, with no fee taken.
The coins are never with the other person
They are with us, from the moment the buyer pays until the job is done. A deal that falls through refunds in full — we keep nothing from a deal that did not happen. Smallest deal is $1m.
A missed deadline is a one-click refund
The seller sets their own delivery window when they accept. Miss it with nothing delivered and the buyer takes the whole amount back — no staff involved, because there is nothing to arbitrate.
The terms freeze, including for us
Whatever was written when the deal started is what a dispute is judged against. Neither side can reword it afterwards. Our fee is 5%, charged on completion only.
